Return & Exchange Policy

Customers have the right to return or exchange products within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is in its original condition and has not been used.

For manufacturing defects, customers have the right to return or exchange products within 30 days from the date of receipt, subject to inspection and verification of the defect.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Products must be returned in their original condition and unused.
• The original invoice must be provided when requesting a return or exchange.
• Products purchased during sales, promotions, or special offers cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
• Refund requests are reviewed before approval.
• Approved refunds are completed within 3 to 7 business days.
